Refund Policy

Return and exchange eligibility

Returns are available for qualifying new goods with or without a defect, while exchanges remain subject to review and stock. Contact us within 30 days after delivery to begin the request; the application window is measured from delivery and includes weekends.

Condition and evidence

A non-defective return must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Changes of mind, preference, or an incorrect selection can qualify. Damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts, or a material difference from the description may also be reported. Photos or video may be requested for a product problem. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Approval, mailing, and exchanges

Email khusbookhusboo39366@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and supporting details. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address before mailing anything. A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible approved return; if it is missing or lost, contact us for help. The enclosed label does not authorize an unapproved return. We charge no restocking fee. Replacements and exchanges depend on review and available inventory.

Refund timing

After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
