Timing and delivery steps

The information below outlines our approach to order processing, shipment, and delivery.

Order processing

After payment authorization succeeds, we normally prepare an order within 1–2 business days. This preparation period is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping within Canada

Available destinations, shipping charges, and services are shown during checkout in CAD. Once an order ships, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and an arrival date is not guaranteed.

Addresses and tracking

Please review the delivery address before submitting the order. When tracking is available, the carrier scan may take time to appear. Delays, a missing parcel, a delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage should be reported with the order number and tracking details.
