Rules for site access

Access to this store must remain lawful; attempts to impair service, bypass safeguards, or misuse an account are not permitted. Site text, graphics, and branding may not be reused without authorization except where law permits.

Products and orders

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, options, availability, and prices, while minor display or production differences may occur. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only after required review and payment authorization; an unavailable or invalid order may be cancelled and refunded.

Prices, payment, and delivery

Applicable prices, taxes, charges, and CAD totals appear during checkout. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days after authorization, followed by estimated carrier transit of 4–6 business days. Delivery dates are estimates.

Returns and consumer rights

Eligible new defective and non-defective products may be returned, and eligible exchanges are accepted under the Refund Policy. The request window is 30 days after delivery. Approved returns are mailed using the free prepaid label included in the package, no restocking fee applies, and an approved refund is processed or initiated within 10 days. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
